Mariachi Xóchitl takes pride and honor in extraordinary musicianship while focusing steadily on the tradition and cultural significance of mariachi music. The eight-person musical group performs all throughout the Southwest and has received recognition playing for local artists like La Chaparrita, Tim Martínez, and Antonio Reyna.

On Friday, May 3, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Mariachi Xóchitl will perform at the Hooters on San Mateo Boulevard. Sunday, May 5, at 2 p.m., the group will perform at Marble Brewery near Lomas and Broadway boulevards to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Later on Sunday, they will perform at Tapntaco starting at 4 p.m.
